I giving a 5 stars because I bought it directly from Garmin. With the software it came I couldn’t update the unit and it indicated the wrong time. Had to use Germin Express to do the software upgrade to 2.70 and map update. After that it works fine.The maps are nicer on older Nuvi units. Using also Garmin Express, I had to reload the voice commands to make them work correctly.Garmin tech support is excellent.
